Loading system

Raw parts are loaded directly inside the machining area (between wheels).
  • The feeding of the loading system occurs outside of the enclosure
  • Built in-house or third-party system integration

A conveyor transports the parts to the workrest blade. Parts are accumulated one after the other.

Two flat belts arranged in a "V" shape where the parts are transported and accumulated one after the other.

By means of the vibration of a linear conveyor, the parts are transported and accumulated one after the other.

Feeding and auxiliary systems

The operator feeds the initial drawer or basket with parts to be machined, and the hopper with the elevator separates and accumulates them, usually on a feeding belt.

Vibration feeds a large number of parts that need to be loaded to the machine. This feeder is normally for small parts.

Pallet feeding system, with or without a trolley, is loaded in the tower.

Parts are normally transported horizontally. There are spacers to separate parts.

A robot with machine vision empties a container with randomly oriented parts. The robot can load and unload directly into the machine or feed another loader system.

The part is positioned or oriented for a correct subsequent machining operation.
