Decision of the Board of Directors of Danobat S. Coop.

The Board of Directors meeting today, wants to communicate to its customers that: That due to the technological obsolescence that occurs to certain machines that stopped being produced before 2010, and listed below, Danobat will stop provide service and have spare parts for all those machines that have been discontinued for more than 10 years. This decision does not affect all those particular cases in which there may be contrary conditions established in particular contracts between Danobat and the client and is in line with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, of April 27, transposing the directives of the European Union.
