Personnel Specialist


Provide the organisation with HR management systems and personnel that help develop the necessary skills to meet the challenges of the cooperative. Ensuring the correct implementation of these systems and according to Danobat leadership standards.



  • This person will be in charge of managing different personnel phases in assigned business/areas: greet new staff, tutorials, development talks and training management.
  • Responsible for the development of HR procedures.
  • Participate in development projects to find personnel that meets the Management Plan requirements.



  • Education: Business Administration and Management Degree.
  • Master's Degree (MBA, Human Resources Directorate and specialised courses in Talent Management) will be evaluated.
  • Languages: Basque level B2 and English level B2.
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar tasks will be taken into consideration.
  • A person who pays attention to detail, is self-sufficient, motivated, a good communicator and a team player.
